Christmas Unwrapped

Many of us look forward to Christmas. We eagerly anticipate its coming. There are others who begrudgingly complain about decorations going up to early and carols being played too often. The lead up to the birth of Jesus was quite similar. Some were eagerly anticipating it. Some were less than pleased about it happening at all. Some had no clue how to feel about it. Unsurprisingly, those are typically the ways most people respond to Jesus today as well. During this Christmas season we will watch on as a variety of characters unwrap a surpise package to discover the gift of Jesus’ birth.
