What if instead of distracting us with consumerism and secularism, the icons and images of Christmas reminded us of  the true reason for the season.  What if everywhere we looked we saw something that drew us back into the narrative of the nativity?

 In a time of unparalleled independence and individuality we must listen to Jesus declare “I am the Vine” and recommit to reconnect with our source of all things.
