listen nowWoman with the issue of blood – others had needs and were in contact with Jesus but didn’t get healed. She was because of her faith. But really, her faith contained an expectation to be healed. A lot of people in the group might have had a “safe faith”—one that shielded their hearts from being hurt should their encounter with Jesus not produce a healing. We must come before God with all our vulnerability and expect Him to meet our needs as He promised. If we begin to give Him room for “failure” to meet those needs, that’s not faith.
